Full Way To Write A Complaint Letter

Most people knew that we have to write Complaint Letter in three paragraphs but most of you would not be cleared about that how or what to write in the three paragraphs. Here I will tell you the best way of writing a complaint letter.

A Formal Letter is a letter which we write a someone who is not renowned by us or for the official purposes to authorities, dignitaries, and colleagues. There are many reasons for which we write Formal letters. They are like:-

• To make a complaint

• To apply for a job

• To request information

• To question a decision, or

• Requesting for holiday

We mostly write it to make a complaint or to report issues. In which we had to complain about the issue, explain it to the person who is reading your letter and to ask to resolve it or to suggest what to do next.

So if we are writing a Formal Letter for complaining purposes then in the First Paragraph you have to introduce yourself and your matter a bit. You can write like this:- 

This is to inform you that I ______( Your Name ), resident of _____ ( Your Area ), would like to pay your attention towards the bad condition of the roads of our area.

 

In the Second Paragraph, you have to explain the full matter. You can explain to him your issue and what problem do you and the people in your area face due to the issue. For Example:-

The drainage system is even worse, as most of the drains are choked. This was exposed the other day, when the pre monsoon shower proved hollow the claim of the civic authorities, of being prepared for the monsoon. In this mild shower, most of the localities, including the posh markets were flooded with water. The unauthorised encroachment of land by vendors and influential people, have played havoc with the drainage system of the city. One shudders to think, what could happen with the advent of monsoon beginning early next month. 

     

In the Third Paragraph, you have to ask him to resolve your issue or you can suggest to him what to do next. You can end your essay like:-

I would therefore request the civic authorities, through your column to kindly take heed of this serious civic problem that is playing havoc with the life and property of the common man.
