Subject - Poor Service of your Airlines
I am writing this letter to complain about the poor service provided by your Airlines.
Yesterday, I had a confirmed air ticket from Bengaluru to Mumbai issued from your office. The flight was scheduled to leave at 11.25 a.m. It was late by two hours and was further delayed by half an hour. The announcement did not give any explanation. During this period, no refreshments were served. Furthermore, your staff was most unhelpful. As a result of the delays, I was late for an interview by three hours, which caused me great inconvenience.
Due to the late arrival of the flight, I had to spend ₹3000 for a day's stay in Mumbai to attend another interview the following day. Kindly reimburse me this amount. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
