I would like to bring to your notice the order on behalf of the Principal of St. Xavier's School,dated October 5, 20... for the supply of library books. The supply was supposed to have been received by us on or before October 30, 20... . But I regret to say that the books have not been received till date. No response was given from your side for the delay. 

The school has made alternative arrangement to get the books urgently. Hence, the said order with you may be treated as cancelled.
