Dear Nitin 

Hope you are in the best spirits. You must be annoyed with me for not visiting your place this winter vacation. I am going to tell you the reason. This year winter vacation started on 20th December. I finished my assignments by 25th December. I was making plans to visit you but papa and Harish uncle made a plan to go to Shimla. We went to valka by train. Then, we caught the toy-train from there and reached Shimla in the evening. The beautiful sights of hills and valleys were simply fascinating. The fragrant cool air was refreshing, We booked two rooms in Hotel GulMohar which is located on the ridge itself. It was a five star hotel. We went for a short stroll on the Mall Road and the ridge. We did some shopping from a local market. The very next day, we went to Kufri, Mashobra and Chail to enjoy snowfall. In the evening, we saw the Halipad and the highest Cricket Ground in Chail. Everyone enjoyed the sightseeing on the way back. The following day, we went to Jakhu temple which is situated at a great height. There were a lot of monkeys in the temple. We clicked many photographs there. We visited the Adventure Island and Wild Flower Valley as well. It is really a wonderful green place. I have made a plan to visit you this summer vacation. See you soon.
